Megan Pinsler is a trauma-informed coach who helps women move out of survival mode and into lives that feel calm, confident, and deeply aligned.
Blending somatic, body-based tools with trauma-informed principles, Megan teaches women how to regulate their nervous systems, release chronic stress, and reconnect with a sense of peace, even in the middle of demanding careers and full lives.
She holds a certification in Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching (ICF and CPD accredited) and a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University. Megan is also pursuing a certification to become a Positive Psychology Practitioner (ICF and CPD accredited).
After her own healing journey through burnout and trauma, Megan felt called to help other women who appear “strong and capable” on the outside but often feel overwhelmed or disconnected inside. Through compassionate, practical coaching and education, she helps clients build emotional resilience, strengthen boundaries, and feel grounded in both body and spirit.
Known for her calm, steady presence and empowering approach, Megan creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and safe to grow. She works primarily with women in the workplace and entrepreneurs who are ready to find balance, presence, and peace within their success.
